The new website serves as a reference for clients and for the launch of two new funds, USD and EUR. It’s important that a premium CX was achieved while maintaining their existing brand guidelines to ensure continuity across multiple touch points.
To support the new funds and keep investors up-to-date, with the support of Credit Suisse, we developed a live feed to automatically update key metrics on the website.
The objectives are to redesign, restructure and overhaul the existing website to provide a fresh, modern and user-centred product.
Our role consisted of creating the right tone of voice through content, imagery and structure to ensure the website appealed to the target market and instil confidence in Marsham IM.
