Privacy policy

We take our client privacy extremely seriously. We will never share your contact details, information, current/new projects, briefs and any associated materials with anyone outside of the Coding creed company or beyond the third parties/personnel involved with the project unless authorised or in the public domain.

As a creative company, due to the nature of our business we strictly do not sign Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). The reason we cannot sign an NDA is we find there are a range of factors that overlap with existing and new client projects, which if we sign a NDA would limit our ability to create for clients relating to the NDA in question. Authorisation is explicitly not given by Coding creed in any way to accept or sign an NDA.
